HELIO GAHARU

A humble farm kid turned determined explorer, Lio struggles to feel belonged in a prestigious explorer agency that deems them incompetent. In a twist of fate, they are thrown into the world of wild magic with their explorer buddy Truffs after an accidental run in with the outlawed alliance. With a reluctant but much needed change in affiliation, they're on their way to defend their hometown from corrupted creatures whilst seeking for their old friend, Jingle who got lost in a mountain expedition known as the Eternal, all while being a coward about being on wanted posters.

JINGLE TINSEL

A former explorer recruit who was known as a humorous and charming tease, Jingle is currently an envoy of the ancient empire of Corondale, putting on a petty and nonchalant front whilst aiding them in the goal of taking over the realms. He is seemingly having way too much fun relishing in his villain act (he's not) in front of his old friend Lio and his sister Rin, while butting heads with his "brother in crime" Jun as they team up to steal magic artifacts across the lands for the grand plan. Though behind closed doors, he is shown to look out for them even while posing as a threat.

TRUFFLE ELNATH

An adventurous explorer with an excitable free spirit, Truffs was paired up with Lio by the agency to go on a mission (that they eventually failed) which led both to end up affiliated with the alliance. Truffs is quite literally bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, with his curious nature easily coming off as occasionally obnoxious, though not many are aware that it's due to his secret origins from Corondale as it's next heir. Putting that aside, Truffs isn't one to hide anything about himself. Owns the team pet Toffee, who he considers more of a companion that can fly.

SEREINA SKYSCAPE

The feisty and mischievous agent of the alliance, Rei shows contempt towards the explorer agency ever since her father, Rigel's disappearance in the Eternal. A sheltered youngster turned troublemaker, she is more than ecstatic to drag Lio and Truffs to join her devious plans to find him. She seems innocuous, but is known for being a menace due to the "bad" influence from her uncle, Orion who's the founder and leader of the infamous alliance. As of late, he seems to be hiding clues of the Eternal that he deems too dangerous for her, much to her annoyance.

CLOVER ROWAN

The alliance's tech guy who's always up to sneaky shenanigans, Clover has been fascinated with a rumoured secret crime fighter by the title of The Feathered Shadow. What better way to find his brother Jun, than to treat the Eternal's aftermath like an epic gamer quest and seek for a "hero" that will aid his journey. When he's not out and about, he's probably dabbling with his collection of miscellaneous skills, from winning video games, pranking others and rolling dice for questionable decisions.

LYRIN TINSEL

As a lone forest ranger, Rin has sworn to never be affiliated with the agency or the alliance ever since her brother, Jingle's disappearance in the Eternal. She started off her journey to get him back, only to find out there is something much more sinister behind the tragedy as creatures become increasingly corrupted. Distrustful towards all, Rin has managed to make the most out of her solo mission, up until a less than desired reunion with her old friend, Lio who came barging in alongside several new faces.

JUNIPER PENZAI

As the more reliable and knowledgeable envoy of Corondale, Jun tends to have elaborate plans when he's on his way to execute an "evil deed", something his "brother in crime" Jingle deems unnecessarily cumbersome, which leads to nonsense debates that they wouldn't settle for years. Even then, Jun tries to look out for him like he once did to his brother back home, Clover. Though, he hesitates to return knowing Corondale's true nature, and would rather shield his dissatisfaction with hints of passive aggressiveness.

PEPPER FLINT

An agile strategist who never backs down from a fight, Pepper takes the upper hand as the agency's agent. Currently, she's tasked by agency lead Oak to hunt down Lio's crew of misfits, who's been using wild magic in the name of solving the Eternal, in which she agrees in principle but is disdained by execution. Given her bluntness, it's hard to believe she's the only one who knows the truth of the Eternal when she is upfront about everything else, having been close friends with Jingle and Jun by their trainee days.

MALLOW CASSIA

As the sweet and eccentric token specialist of the agency, Mallow is paired up with her partner Pepper to hunt down Lio's crew, though her compassion makes her believe they're not completely in the wrong. The Eternal in fact, left a bitter taste in her mouth, especially in regards to their stance to not seek out the victims. Though having inherited her skills and knowledge from her grandma Chamomile, Mallow feels the need to uphold her legacy after she retired. Contrary to popular belief, she does in fact get tired of being nice.

Founder and leader of the infamous alliance, Orion is no stranger to wild magic as a bold vigilante, having once worked alongside the agency lead, Oak as the co-lead and his close confidant, before the Eternal caused his brother Rigel's disappearance. With Oak refusing to search for the victims, Orion created the alliance out of spite in hopes to solve the mystery, even if his methods calls for things to be done by illegal and dangerous means, something the agency greatly opposes, leading to the ongoing rivalry.

With a sophisticated and prestigious reputation, Oak is the distinguished agency lead that everyone only dares to hold in high regard. He publicly blames his younger brother, Birch for tainting the agency name after the Eternal, though he always felt responsible over said tragedy, especially after breaking the trust of his closest friend, Orion for not choosing to take action to find the missing victims. Even then, Oak prioritizes rules and refuses to acknowledge the alliance for trying to do the right thing.

BIRCH ELWOOD

A wandering crime fighter with no place to call home, Birch is the youngest of the Elwood siblings who run the explorer agency. In an attempt to prove himself, he planned a mountain expedition to find the truth behind Mount. Eden's dangerous nature, which infamously backfired to cause the Eternal. He was kicked out and never to be seen again, presumedly dead and deemed a criminal. Guilt ridden, he assumes a secret identity as a crime fighter, unbeknownst to him that everyone suspects the mysterious hero's true identity.

RIGEL SKYSCAPE

Corondale's herald and a man of few words, Rigel was the leader of Birch's explorer crew who began a new life in the deep realm ever since the Eternal. Knowing he would never outshine his older brother Orion, he'd rather be deemed a fallen hero than someone who will never be enough of a role model, especially for his daughter Rei. Rigel has since pledged his loyalty to Corondale's emperor Cygnus, unleashing corrupted creatures to distract citizens from the ancient artifacts that are being stolen for a grand plan.

ETAMYAL / ATCHER LUCERNE

A mysterious immortal who hails from the realm of Cloud Cliffs, Etamyal was banished after a failed attempt at "leading a revolution", currently residing in Mount. Eden to seek revenge on his homeland. Having stolen the Soul Crystal, he eventually plans to set free the ancient emperor of Corondale, Cygnus through a portal, as per said in the magic contract since centuries. When he's not sulking, he's probably found reprimanding his apprentices, Jingle and Jun for being inexperienced and unknowledgeable youngsters.

A frail figure obscured behind a mask of adorned petals, Asteria is rumoured to have fulfilled an unobtainable wish from the emperor, Cygnus. Though not many know her as the former empress of Corondale who once ruled alongside the emperor himself. Having once attempted to convince him against the corrupted ideals of his bloodline to take over the realms, she was subsequently made a victim herself after being bestowed a cruel fate by him, one of being drowned and brainwashed, leading to her now soulless vessel.

CYGNUS POLARIS

Self proclaimed "ruler of the realms", Cygnus was the emperor of the once sovereign ancient empire of Corondale. A prideful tyrant who attempted taking over the realms, he was met with a fallen fate as Corondale was sealed away by the gods into the Deep Realm. Vengeful and cold-hearted, he forms an unlikely magic partnership with a prodigy who hails from the immortal realm itself, Etamyal, who has just as much distaste towards his place of origin, all to build a portal that will save himself from the depths of darkness.
